I have the same problem. I notice life in general started getting progressively more boring and unfulfilling starting in mid 20s onward. And its not like my lifestyle changed, still a shut in who just watches shit. Ive already watched most everything worth watching, and everything else becomes routine

Cope. Nigger porn is healthy. Prevents prostate cancer and makes you low cortisol cuz of amazing cooms

joy or joyful life the sense of eudemonia is gained through living in accordance with nature and having a virtuous character
if by joy you mean a feeling of highness thats caused by dopamine then you should look into epicureanism

Epicureanism posits that genuine pleasure arises from the absence of pain and the ability to find delight in simple things like companionships and food. However, a problem you may be facing is dopamine tolerance/desensitization, which develops when indulging excessively in pleasures, causing once gratifying experiences to lose their charm. To address this concern, consider undergoing a dopamine detox to reset your tolerance, enabling you to rekindle the joy in appreciating life's little pleasures. Epicureus advises moderation in indulging even in pleasures like alcohol, as they can lead to long-term pain if pursued without restraint

Dopamine receptor sensitization. Don't do things that give easy dopamine. Work for things.
