I slam 400 mg in the morning and feel barely anything the rush lasts 15 min

I need 500 mg total to feel something my tolerance is cooked

just cut out caffeine for 10 days and your tolerance will reset.

I use my caffeine only in form of coffee. And I watch my consumption like a hawk.
