How to respond to a HTBs Lip-Sync/ThirstTrap

This HTB likes me. I have been doing the Push and Pull Method and I am really playing with her emotions (quite a bit of rage baiting). Each day at school, we get more touchy. Today she even said this. I was talking about how I wanna get people straight teeth (i wanna be a dentist) and nonchalantly joking about that. She then said "im gonna give [my name] a special massage because i wanna be a therapist". she said it to someone else sitting at the table but loud enough for me to hear.

Ive pushed already and now its time to pull. She only posts lip-syncs, and she posted a story today. Its prob gonna be another lip-sync.
So how do I respond? I dont wanna be to direct because i sit next to her in class for 3 hours in a row so it may make things awkward.
