Your body can repair your teeth but it replaces the enamel with other minerals. The fastest way to do that is to use a toothpaste like pro-enamel and that ACT flouride rinse stuff every night before bed. Just take a few kelp pills a day (for iodine) if you are worried about the flouride.

Veneer max bro. My teeth are my worst feature so I’m gonna veneer them next year.

Idk, stop brushing teeth?

drink a load of milk and make sure you get a lot of calcium (supplement w/ calcium carbonate powder)

Diet full of phosphorus and calcium (animal products)

Avoid sugar/simple carbs

Brush teeth regularly with fluoride (fluoride is not natural but it reacts with some enzyme in your saliva to build enamel that is actually stronger than bone & natural enamel)

Go to the dentist and get the flouride coating/polish and leave it on/let it do it's job

Take care of your teeth from a young age

Not possible. You will have to get veneers.
