How to reverse Corticosteroid dependency?

As the title states I am wondering if anyone has common knowledge/past experiences with corticosteroid dependency on their nose.


I just couldn’t stop the results were too good so I had to do it everyday and now I am in college so I cant descend by cutting of all use (when i wake up my nose is so bloated) , so should I continue using till christmas break and then cut off? or would that be bad.

For context I first used hydrocortisone, and now I use Triamcinolone Acetonide 0.1%

yh tbh you just gotta hop off it for a month then it will go back to normal

pretty much makes ur nose small but makes it dependant on hydrocortisone so when you stop you nose will look huge

I see, I have been using it since January, but it's been on and off (since I haven't been going out as much) so I haven't seen much side effect's.

yes ofc unless you want your nose looking huge every time you hop off it or unless you want to carrying on spending your money on it i suggest you stay away from it as its basically useless long term
