I have gyno, skinny fat, wide hips, small dick, 473 test, and borderline high E. Fed fast food all my life growing up. Any way to save myself? I’m 21.

Will TRT increase dick size and body build? Also do you have to stay on TRT forever? You can’t simply increase your natural T production can you?
 
My fucking mom fed me a lot of soy foods growing up, my life is a joke ffs. I think it’s too late brotha, I got wide hips too

It will not increase dick size but it will give you stronger erections. It will increase your frame and size but you can only maintain if you stay on TRT.

Try to increase T with natural supplements like Fadoga and Tongkat Ali.

True but metabolism is crucial too. Do you know how to speed up metabolism? I heard one fitness guy say that pretty much eating higher calories than normal in a day for a period of time will speed up your natural metabolism.

I barely eat. Most I get is 1-2 meals a day of just regular food not even fast food bullshit. Even then I’m still fat. Like my stomach is abdominal. My thighs are fat, but my arms are skinny, Yk?

As I said, shitty lifestyle. Eat better, less calorie dense foods, track your calories and exercise
