how to safely negate furosemide after-bloat (Need to know asap!!)

I have school tmr and I have okay hollows but I ate like shit today so im gonna bloat and i have a good source for furosemide, delivers in 5 days. After the furosemide wears off, the water comes back to your cheeks and I heard it can make you more bloated then before if you dont take care of it well, if i drink lots of water and just down 3.5g of potassium chloride I should be good from the bloat right? epl mogs cause its potassium sparing but its too expensive for me
