How to save that type of eye area

When having such a subhuman eye area what would be the best solution to fix it ? I guess it needs multiple procedure but i was wondering which one (if you can explain what they would fix) and in which order ? I guess it would needs atleast 3 of them, infra implants or fat graft / bleph and canto, how would you rank there importance ? Thanks for help

• Tripod Orbital Osteotomy
• Orbital floor implants
• Infraorbital implant with saddles
• Laterally wide Supraorbital implant with forward projection
• Fat grafting between uppereye lid and brows
• Eyebrow transplant

Damn that’s a lot, my eye area isn’t as brutal but not that far, luckily im saved by god tier eyebrows otherwise it would’ve been over as fuck for me. Think i just have to accept my subhuman tired eyes look. Thanks for your answer

eyebrows and something to hide upper eyelid exposure. for undereye a custom high cheekbones implant is better since it would fix undereye and zygos.

blepharoplasty is for undereye bag which he doesn't have. cantoplasty is useful only for negative ct.

Upper eyelid filler or fat graft would be enough for his only big failo to be his jaw.
