Step 2: you put smth cheap inside that has similar weight as the phone.

Step 3: you sell it online , but no online payment , face to face collect .

If the people see that the package looks good and the seal is still intact , 90% wont bother to open it directly in front of you. And in the 10% of cases you just play surprised too or run away.

The risk of getting Catched with this method is extemely low.
