Here is what I used to do when I had snap.

1. dont click on the snap
2. turn on airplane mode
3. start screen recording then open the snap (you can open it even if airplane mode is on because it is actually already loaded before opening it)
4. while still keeping airplane mode on, delete the snapchat app completely from the phone
5. you can now turn airplane mode off and reconnect to the internet

when you reinstall snapchat after deleting it, it will appear as though the snap was never even opened.
The reason this method works is that by turning on airplane mode, no data is sent to the snap servers so they don't know if the snap was opened in the first place, or if you screen recorded, because the device is disconnected from the internet.

I haven't used snap in a while so idk if this works anymore. If you have airplane mode turned on but you can't open the snap then it means they likely fixed this exploit by only allowing you to load the snap when actually clicking on it.
