Stand in front of the mirror the same distance from the subhuman in the mirror as the distance you’d be from a girl you’re interacting with.

E.g. to see how you a girl 1 meter away from you sees you, stand 1 meter away from the subhuman in the mirror. Not 1 meter away from the mirror! Mirrors double the distance. To see yourself as a girl 1 meter away, you stand 0.5 meters away from the mirror = 1 meter away from your reflected self.

Just swap your eyeballs.

You can use two mirrors to mirror the already mirrored image. But then the asymmetry is exaggerated because you’re used to seeing it mirrored.
