how to seem taller

i was lowkey confident of my height as 180cm (5'11) but now i started to overfixate on people's heights and it literally ruins my day when i see someone clearly height mog me. are there any ways to fraud my height ? also my posture is kinda fucked so i'd appreciate advice on that.

fix posture and get clothing that makes u appear "taller"? or js get height boosters but itll fuck up ur posture even more

shoes and posture is cope, if you are clearly bent or clearly straight people auto adjust your height from that and treat you accordingly

a 5'1 guy standing on a bench doesn't get 6'4 treatment

wear clothes that make you look slimmer, it will make you appear taller

So even though I’m a crisp 5,9 it’s surprisingly tall for my country Iran and I don’t always feel like shit cause I get height mogged cause alot of men I see are like 5,4. Essentially what I do is I always wear boots or shoes with thick soles and it sends me to 5,11 which is a noticeable change where I get comments from a few people I know asking if I got taller even though I’m just wearing boots

depending on your proportions, you can usually fraud 5cm
just wear running shoes. they are acceptable to wear in public and make you 5cm taller.

what i mean is that they can't tell i'm frauding a couple cms. they won't notice the height increase either but the important thing is your relevant height to people around you. if average male height was 5'3-5'4 you'd get 6' treatment as 5'10.

just dont use them all the time, ive used them for months and had no issue

its not about being able to tell or not mate just because your skull reaches 5'10 in space doesn't mean you will get 5'10 treatment if the average 5'10 guy visibly has flat shoes and is slouched and his skull reaches the same point as you with clearly tall shoes and ideal posture
