how to self ban?

I made a thread about this 40 mins ago but I didn't get a clear answer , all I got was to make a thread and ping the mods . So here we go again if someone can clarify that would be good beause I have never seen someone on here self ban by making a thread by pinging . I making this thread for confirmation
