How to shave(0 bumps, redness,spots)

I currently use a regular gillette 3 blade razor, just your average razor from a store. but i regularly get bumps and redness on my neck and face. i shave every 2-3 days. are there any solutions or better blades that can help. yes i do use sensitive shaving foam
