How to shave monobrow?

I have an ugly monobrow from my Arab genes and I heard that shaving it with a razer isn't good and it'll grow back worse. I don't have tweezers so I need something that I can use to shave it

bad idea to shave it since it will leave a stubble.

still, shaving it wont make it grow back "worse". hair growth is genetic, not affected by the way you shave it.

long story short: no way around tweeezers
