how to shorten the philtrum without change lip size ?

my long midface is mainly due to long philtrum, my nose ain't long

but my lips are already visible and big enough

how to lift the whole mouth not just the upper lip ?

Ccw rotation bimax if you’re downward grown.
If your nose is short you can lower the alar base with a rhino.
Tho your midface will still be long. U think u can cut your skull in half and take off the midface

i'm not downward grown , and i need a shorter philtrum for a better FWHR

my mouth is low set , when i smile you can see my lower teeth so i'd need to lift both my upper and lower lip
