Honestly mewing if youre young enough, maybe treatments like MSE etc.

But smth like a very narrow face (horse face like), has limits to how much you can change it.

to shorten the face you need to rotate your maxilla CCW, which can be done with a facepuller or theoretically by chewing gum on your premolars/k9s/lateral incisors
