How to should i dose Retatrudide if im starting with it?

Im getting 5mg of Retatrudide soon aswell as 3ml of BAC-Water (could get more if needed). I just want to know how to dose it or just get a basic idea on how a dose should be like for a beginner, as im planning to take it for half a year.
