How to shrink lower third

My lower third is around 45% of my face, my philtrum is huge and it nerfs. Is there anything I can do about it besides surgery?

The philtrum is soft tissue meaning structurally you can do nothing, only surgery shortens it. Everything else only changes how it looks.
