the first step of self acceptance is accepting your nose, many cope by doing exercises but it doesn't do jackshi, if you want a smaller nose rhinoplasty or nothing if your nose looks inflamed then maybe it is cuz of acne in which you can take tretinoin to kinda fix it but you cant change size of your nose, neither its straightness cuz its made of cartilage, it can't be that bad post a pic
