In your skincare guide you establish that we need to wait 30 minutes after retinoid, but it's not necessary for the others products ?
I have read some skincare guide who wait 30 min for all skincare routine.

I assume you're asking me?
No, you don't need to wait for 30 minutes after every product, the vast majority its enough to just rub them in and move on to the next step. Sometimes I have upwards of 7 products in my routine- if I waited for half an hour after each one I'd be doing my skincare for hours.

Yes i need you, i have read it' necessary to wait for regulate PH that increase assimilation... it's for that i don't have really skincare routine, like you, i don't want to stay one hours in my bathroom

Unless you're using a retinoid, you don't need to wait 30 minutes after applying to use the next product.

Hi!

Is physical exfoliant necessary since you are using AHA or BHA or both and they tend to give wayyy more benifits compare to physical exfoliant

Do you think physical exfoliant are necessary?

I'd use them at different times. Alternate them each day or just use the BHA in the areas you need it.

Honestly I'm not a fan of physical exfoliants. If you're washing your face with a washcloth and using a chemical or enzymatic exfoliant you're going to get all the exfoliating you need.

Nice thanks

So cleanser and chemical exfoliant is the best I always knew it lol.

About AHA I heard AHA is bad with other ingredients such as vitamin C And hyaluronic acid so a better solution is to use vitamin C and hyaluronic acid in the morning before moisturizer and SPF right?

And the night I’m exfoliation with AHA I can use naicinimide because it’s works well with AHA

Its not that AHAs and vitamin C don't go well together, its more that they both have the potential to cause irritation so (especially initially) its better to space them out a bit. As for hyaluronic acid not going well with an AHA, its the first I've heard of that.
