I have light acne and im gonna hop on tret cuz its really cheap and doesn’t need prescription and what kinda moisturizer do u recommend and should I use cleanser?

You could go with CeraVe or La roche-posay cleanser. I wouldnt do anything foaming cause it can dry your skin out especially when using retinoids. I would use the AM and PM cerave moisturizer. At the end of the day everyones skin is unique so you kinda have to just see what works for you
