first of all you should rep bc its high effort.this method exists since the beginning of the internet. it does still work as good as before if not better.
so basically one thing you need to understand is that we millenials genz and gen alpha are living in a capitalistic society. thats the nature we know. its our natural environnement/habitat. (its bad, its a pay to win i dont like it but i make the rules and neither you do so you we can only play the game and stfu)
i wont go deeper on how to talk with foids or how to read their mind bc this is a topic for a future thread. this is only how to have a first approach w foids if irl cold approach scares you or you are not confortable with it, or you just think a its retarded thing to do like me.

1.you need some kind of reputation or proof of concept (aka foid followers).
2.nice pictures of yourself (ofc if you are selling yourself your ig needs to be your dispay window)
3.targeted customers (you need to know very well the kind of foid you want to slay. bc it will give you some much infos about how your dispay window and personality need to be.
the best way i found to slay is to have one specific style. for exemple i only slayed with alt or goth or fashion foids.
the style resembles and their personality are easy to read for me + i enjoy having time with them + and thats what i personally like.
find your target customer. study it. and sell yourself to his ahh.
what i mean by study is you cant talk with a goth person if you have 0 knowledge about the culture, the trends, the stuff thay go though sometimes and stuff like that. so you need to have knowlege so you dont look stupid while talkin to them
how to setup your dispay window:
once you have chosen your target, after studing and shi here the next steps:
1. buy a new instagram account (you need to buy it bc if you have a new account created two weeks ago this method dont work.
the girls are gonna see you just created your account, it will be linked to your main and when you do this shit is better to stay lowkey and dont brag about it with friends and stuff bc there is a high chance to poison the well. so separate the foids on one account and your personal looser life to your main block yourself and all the people you know from your 2dn account so it does not appear on the suggested or you may know thing on ig. price range from 2$ to 20$
2. buy some followers. this is the proof of concept/reputation thing. ofc if you have 0 followers no one will fuck w you and if you buy them on a new account you will get banned to. price range 5$ MAX for 1k followers (the more high your psl the more you can buy, but never more than 2,5k you are not a bitch, and never buy way more than you can actually larp for, what i mean is, if you have 0 posts or 54 posts and they are all bad and you are ltn w 0 style foids will spot that you are a larper).
2.1. follow some celebrities and instagram pages. so your profile looks real. its even better if those ig pages and celebs are in the niche of your target customer.
3. post stories and posts. i personally only posted stories on my highlighs and never had problems but you can try posts if you are good at taking pictures and you know what you do (you can take inspiration from pintarest or someshit)
you need at least one kind of this pics (remember you are a product and you need to sell yourself so you need pictures that makes you valuable) depending on your style and the style of the foids you are looking for. i personally like alt foids so here some pics i would redo. (ofc you need to dress good and all that bs so yeah and you need to add your sauce to it bc then it just looks blank and flat)
1. mirror pic easy, gets the job done, you can make multiple for diffrent reasons and in diffrent places like a store, a elevato,r etc(show your outfit, show your body, show your millionaire room that daddy gave etc etc)
2. one picture someone did to you on some city, or a museum or fancy restaurntt you need to be a traveler so niggas know you got motion and you are a cultured nigga. take inspo from internet
3. some video on a concert or rave so niggas know you havin fun and being with you can mean a lot of fun.
4. some picture with animals (depends on the kind of foids you want to slay) so foids know you empathic and lovely
5. a pic with foid friends if you have some. ofc if you have 0 females aroud you no foid will ever want you.
6. a pic where you do a passion thing like molding clay or playing an instrument or painting
7. a selfie or someshit
8. a picture just posing or without you knowing osmeone took a picture of you
you can fraud on any pics, you can morph yourself, you can use black and white filter whatever you need to make yourself the best lookin nigga on ig. dont mind being catfish a little bit. if you ever dated online you know what it mean to meet a girl and she dont really look like her pics.
just understand that every pic on the highlights need to have a purpose. and the purpose is to make of you a better product than your copetition. its a business competition without any rules. you can cheat you can do whatever on your power to win. and if you make this your second nature and live by it you will get on that top 15% of the hypergamy thing
even if you are chopped but you have some style and a good product facade you will get foids.
(pro tip. you can use face swap ai to take pics online and make them yours as long as its not that much of a larp, the same way niggas on linkdin using ts for profetional portraits. be carefull. dont use knows photos. you can be easly spotted as a larper.)
post these pics in a coherent time span. posting a new one every day and not posting at all is weird. posting one each week can be fine.

now this the part you were waiting for, after all the boring bs now we get to the real sauce.
if you didnt know all the ads you see online are specially made for you. each single one is exactly made for your profile, your internet habits and what you interact with.
so you have to train and mold the ig algorithm to make you see only foids with there caracteristics
1.at least mtb (if you go for less the algorithm will think you are ltn and will only show you your looksmatch foids)
2.a followers/follows ratios from 0.8 to 2.5/3.
no more than 5k followers (you can go for more if you are hhtn but the roi is the same as a girl with less followers whos equally pretty)
i would show what my feed looks like but it says file to large...
once you trained your algorithm to show these posts you have send all these profiles to your main account so they are saved and once you have at least 100 you mass follow each one. a roi is at least 30% if you have less its probably bc your pics are ugly or your profile is ugly, you can always fix this. the rest is only fixing minor flaws to maximise roi. you repete this step each time you need to slay.
you can follow 100 foids 30 will follow you back 5 will text you and you slay 1.
those are the numbers of a beginner. just so you know.

last step :you filter those who didnt follow.
you download the jsonfile of your follow followers data from your profile and you go on a unfollow tracker website upload ts and unfollow each profile that dont follow you.
