You can shorten refraction period with dopamine agonists, selegiline and rasagiline can also help. This said doesn't work for all and IME you get tolerance to this effect after a while on these drugs, also if you only use them sporadically for this purpose you may never get over the potential nausea side-effect.

Have you tried any of these OP? @Aezac Heard guys getting priapism when combined with erection drugs though. Never tried both together, just got years of experience with dopamine agonists + selegiline.

Interesting, Ill keep this in mind. I just recently tried tadalafil off my dads drawer of meds, he never uses it so i ripped a table off the box and took 3 of them to test it out. I expected more but its still good, might buy some off indiamart.

Selegiline/rasagiline can be great for libido + horniness boost around the clock and bit reduced refraction periods while being very low-key, some even find this effect annoying. I would too if not for some of the other stuff in my stack reducing libido a little bit. Great nootropic and anti-aging of your brain also and reducing neurotoxicity of stimulants, also boosting them etc. Almost want to gatekeep this shit but noticed close to zero percent people listen when I tell them this so may as well lol.

You ideally want to stick to MAO-B selective dosages of these though, that is when the libido boost is the strongest and you don't risk dangerous interactions with drugs, stimulants etc. I'd say 5 mg oral or 1.25 mg sublingual selegiline daily sort of max. I have been taking it for 7 1/2+ years now. I don't take as much daily but that is also because MAO-B inhibits histamine metabolism which can be annoying depending on your stack or if you have allergies(one downside to it).

But yeah for more heavy duty refraction period suppression cabergoline or pramipexole would be more it. Can cause brutal nausea though if not used to them.
