Hi,
I gained some fat during the corona break and I'm wondering if I should try a water fast for at least 2 days to shred some fat.
I actually do OMAD everyday, but as I chain the cheat meals I get fat, also I don't exercice enough.
I don't have issues to go one day without eating because I know I'll have a dinner that will fill me up.
But sleeping without eating ? That seems very tough for me, what are your advices ? I'm not too afraid of the hunger, except me in the evening and before sleeping.
Maybe I'll pull an all-nighter afterall
But OMAD is good but I feel a legit 48hours without eating would do wonders for bodyfat
what do you think ? keep in mind I have antipsychotics that make me hungry but I'm used to this now
