How to sleep less?

I sleep 10 hours a day and I want to cut it down to 8, the problem is when I do it I feel destroyed and without energy. Any idea? How much do you sleep on average?

even tho the more i sleep the more i feel better
 
Maybe wakeup like after 7.5 hours you are more tired if you wakeup in deepsleep

Go to sleep 1-2 hours earlier or just sleep those 10 hours. Sounds like you need it. I also sleep 10-12 hours and anything earlier I get groggy
 
do a sleep test your sleep quality might be shit
