What can I do to fall asleep faster and stop waking up several times during the night? I go to bed before 9 pm and limit blue light. I also supplement magnesium glycinate but nothing is working since it takes at least 1 hour to fall asleep and I wake up for long times every night. Tell me what I can do anything

see the sunrise. see the sunset. stay away from artificial light always. stay away from emf. remove wifi router in your room. eat properly 3 meals per day and not 3 hours before you go to bed. no water 1 hour before bed. after sunset NO ARTICIFICIAL LIGHT

Train hard, peasants, workers and other people who perform physical labor fall asleep very fast, since their bodies are tired after all that work, if you just sit on your ass staring at screens all day, you will have problems falling asleep.

Drink chamomile tea 1 pocket
Stop eating before sleeping

Train hard, peasants, workers and other people who perform physical labor fall asleep very fast, since their bodies are tired after all that work, if you just sit on your ass staring at screens all day, you will have problems falling asleep.
this is correct to an extent.

They're tired from too much work which shouldnt be the case. What fixes lots of problems is simply just being outside all day and ALWAYS watching sunset and sunrise. And meal timings
