What can I do to fall asleep faster and stop waking up several times during the night? I go to bed before 9 pm and limit blue light. I also supplement magnesium glycinate but nothing is working since it takes at least 1 hour to fall asleep and I wake up for long times every night. Tell me what I can do anything
