I’m having big difficulties when it comes to falling asleep while there’s even the smallest noise, I keep focusing on that only and get pissed off. I need to find a way to train my brain to ignore these sounds while trying to sleep and during sleep but I don’t know how to do it.
Don’t tell me pills because I don’t wanna take any sleeping pills.

Take supplements to establish a bed time so your body can get use to it. Also NO CAFFEINE and use blue light filter or glasses.
 
Make your room as dark as possible and dont use any electronic device at least one hour before sleeping. Maybe listen to calm melodies on Youtube (waves or snow storms) while sleeping
 
What the others have said, but you can also install a red light system on your phone called "Twighlight". Red lights on your screen are meant to be beneficial to your overall sleep, particularly before bed:

A lukewarm shower 60-90 minutes before bed relaxes you which helps you sleeps better.

use soft ear plugs helps me stay asleep
