Hi my name is welli and im 17 years old,

I wanted to kniw everything about sleepmaxxing because of the benefits in the face with less pufiness, less UEE and overall less inflamation usw

I would be happy for an complete guide

hello welli there should be some on here try searching, if not basically just no blue light before bed get ur steps in work out well and medications if needed

What is so hard about just going to sleep, take benzos if you have difficulty with that

It can mess with LH but nothing serious at 10mg
Personally wouldnt want to mess with it unless you are already taking test.

maybe just go to sleep early? magnesium glycinate? ur not getting less uee lmao

Try sleeping everyday at the same time first and creating a rythm of it, if you have difficulty benzos for a short time could help (1-2weeks). If that doesnt work then maybe melatonin.

- magnesium glycinate 45-60 minutes before sleep (increase sleep quality)
- no screens 1 hour before sleep (increase sleep quality)
- no food, drinks or high intensity exercise 1 hour 30 min before sleep (debloat + increase sleep quality)
- make sure you get 8-10 hours of sleep (maximize GH production)
- no caffeine 8 hours before sleep (better if none at all)

i followed these five key things and noticed great improvements sleep quality / overall life quality
