How to slim button nose

I have a button nose and I want to slim it and make it more hard looking how do I

Isn't a button nose by itself already slim?

Also changing your nose from the side profile can only be done via rhinoplasty.

You can make changes to the alar base using accutane or hydrocortisone, but an alarplasty blows 'em out the water.
