How to slim face after puberty

How would I slim face and nose M18 I already have relatively low bf% at around 14% I just want more slim face and hollower cheeks
 
lose more weight get down to single digit %

proper health and diet, you’re already have low bf you shouldn’t have a bloated face in a healthy lifestyle

I only eat steak pork and bananas tbh is that bad or is it alr

Pretty good bro steak is great I’d say more ruminant meat + seafood and natural seasonal fruits

But your face already looks defined you have no worries

I’ve been doing basic softmaxxes for like 10 months and I’ve had a lot of improvement but I want more structure

You have pretty good bones so I guess just reach a lower bodyfat? I was under the impression that you maybe looked very bloated but now that I can see pics your facial fat looks proportionate

But incase there are other things holding you back just try to be as healthy as possible that’s not just diet, your health affects your hormones and in return how your body utilizes water retention fat distribution etc (yes it matters)

So should I start a Reta cycle or something? I would like more dimorphism So Mabye a test one too?

You don’t truly need artificial test if you’re healthy and don’t have a biological diagnosis like low test, your body should produce it naturally if it’s nourished and healthy

But if you want a shortcut then ok take test lmao

As for Reta only use it if you truly need it for weight loss it can be redundant if you already have control over food
