If you’re serious about this there is a forum about it here https://www.rapamycin.news/

There are many people there with knowledge about it. There are two types of anti aging, one is longevity so you live longer but you still age visually. The other is to prevent visual signs of aging which is difficult but there are things you can do. Someone already said Dutasteride for example, but also good skincare etc. Many things like that are common with looksmaxxing anyway because usually youth = more attractive

It's actually very easy

The hardest thing to prevent during aging (especially from 20-35) is volume loss. This is why women get uglier as they get older even if they aren't visibly wrinkled and actively have anti-aging regmines. But for men, this can also age related volume loss can fraud as a dimorphic masculine trait.

Think about it, there's people like Brad Pitt that looked 18 at 25, and 25 at 40. I can't think of a single woman who is able to be perceived as so much younger than their age. I also have seen many guys in their late 20s look 21 or so if they shave, compared to women who very rarely can pass as 21 at 28 lol.

Our percieved age is more from hairline, beard density, and wrinkles, all of which are MUCH easier to prevent than volume loss. I personally am starting preventative fin, laser hair removal, ghk-cu, and preventative botox this year at 23. I'm sure @SpectrumAesthetics3 knows much about this too

For volume loss I’m also thinking about sculptra occasionally just to keep things from deteriorating. You’re right it’s one of the biggest noticeable signs of aging visibly.

I think these are valid and I’m doing epithalon runs twice a year, the GH peptides but maybe should do GH itself, a weaker retinol since tret I could never handle, etc. people debate on sun exposure but I’m not doing it rn

true, people severely underrate or even completely disregard how important the plump fat pads (particularly malar) are for female beauty. they think it's all bones and skin

You're the same as me I think it's a thin skin thing bc I could never handle low dose tret even if I cycle it for days. I use adalapene, some studies show it's similar to low dose tret and it's less irritating and I used it previously for acne/scarring. I've always consciously avoided the sun at 18 but if you go this route you should def supplement vit d and maybe even look into MT2

Definitely, I honestly think it's the most important thing for women and it's also the reason why men are attracted to asian women. But sadly I really have not seen any good ways to replicate the lost volume. Yes you could do injectables like @CheezyPoof mentioned, but I am not a fan of injecting in the fat pad or other more superficial plane since the migration risk is so high

would rep u both but this shit site won't let me lol

Yes but that’s why I said sculptra since it doesn’t migrate, it stimulates collagen growth naturally. It’s not as effective immediately as normal filler but if you do it over time I think it can be a good way to maintain facial volume and look natural ( it literally is natural). But I have to be honest I do have to look into it more.

Also I will say sometimes I see people on here complain about buccal fat and they will even use aqualyx but you have to be seriously careful with that. As you age you lose that fat naturally. If you just go and dissolve it before then what’s left over will become even less later and you’ll look like a skeleton which makes you look old. I think buccal fat removal is one of the worst procedures you could possibly do. If anything I’d like more of it (all this is considering you’re already lean of course but even if you’re fat, just work out, don’t dissolve facial fat with injections)
