Just build a tunnel from Berlin to Stockholm and drive each time from the front and back as a decoy lol

Build 5 tunnels that interchange occationally. Put lasers that kill any police using a.i face scanning.

Fly drones above with remotes that drive rc submarines so connections isnt lost.
The rc submarines will also have remotes to drones

Have solar energy ontop so the rcs can run non stop.

the drugs in poland are cheaper than germany
