Step 1-Prepare your disguise
If you are in a city or town then you will be seen by many cctv cameras and spotted by 10+ witnesses so your disguise must reveal nothing about you. If you are in a small village there might be no cctv but there still could be witnesses. Hopefully you have no tattoos but if you do obviously cover them up. If you have no tattoos then apply fake tattoos and make sure they're visible. If you're lightskinned you could paint your skin a darker color. If you have short hair you could wear a wig. Walking down the street with a ski mask is way too suspicious so you could wear a motorcycle helmet or a realistic fake mask.
Make sure you warm up because you're going to be sprinting and the last thing you want is to pull a muscle while someone is chasing you. Obviously wear gloves so you don't leave any fingerprints. Don't bring your phone or smartwatch with you or you might be tracked.
Step 2-Choose your victim and commit the crime
Wait until at least 9pm so it's quiet but there are still victims walking about. Ideally you might be able to find a spot in a bush where you can hide and watch your potential victims walk past. If someone is at a bus stop looking at their phone then just sneak up behind them and snatch their bag and run. The best victims are old people, Jews and Asians because they're most likely to have cash on them. If they're walking and holding/wearing the bag then creep up behind them timing your footsteps with theirs so they can't hear you. Once you are close enough brick them in the back of the head grab the loot and get out of there.
Step 3-Getaway
I recommend not using a car but if you must then don't park your car anywhere near the scene of the crime. You will either have to run a significant distance to your car or get on a bike and cycle away. If you choose the latter then steal the bike, paint it a different color then wait a couple weeks so the heat from that dies down. One crime at a time.
Once you are clear then inspect the loot. Cash is ideal although you will probably also get bank cards as well. If you're lucky you might find something sentimental and if you can find out the victims contact information or where they live via something in their wallet you might be able to sell it back to them.
