I live with high inhibition as it seems and have socia anxiety it’s not something I think serious of but no matter the motivation, talking to a stranger especially females is extremely hard so I’ve seen things like alcohol can help but it’s just short term and I want a way to actually talk to them.

this sounds crazy (and it might seem kinda strange) but I deal with the same thing and what really helped me was genuinely just making conversation with randoms especially at like walmart or some shit. A customer service type job also helps

I am chill and I have a few hobbies but during a school day I could not speak to any1 and be fine but then it’s like pressure to answer a yes or no question from any1
