For me 2 things helped.

Stop caring and going to talk to random people.

For example while waiting for the train asking them if this is the right train even tho i know it is or some bullshit like that.

Second thing is Drugs and Alcohol.

If you have a social circle even if it’s small it will be easier to go to a party with your friends and approach some LTB

Yeah i know it water but 99% of people here don’t do it.

I’m ultra high Inhib too, but i force my self.

And yeah, if you don’t go out every weekend it’s over. Even if i don’t want to i always do, u never know what could happen or who you could meet randomly

I only really go if a few of my male friends are going since they can really help by introducing me to the people there, they are kinda like the frat almost jock type of friend group and I'm the quiet less known version of them all
