how to softmaxx my weird ass nose

my nose lowkey looks kinda like that when viewed from a certain angle. so i have a bulbous nose tip and a slight hook in the bridge, which is slightly visible.
i'm 15, turning 16, is there anything fixable during puberty, and there's a medication that makes your skin thinner, forgot the name, but could that work on the nose tip?
or do i just accept my fate?
