How to solve extreme redness from acne

How can i solve PIE/PIH from acne. I have a lot of it scattered around my face. Lmk if i can PM you pictures.

Used to, but they somehow went. Now i just have a LOT of scattered red PIE and a little PIH. I know PIE will eventually go away on its own, but i can’t just wait this out I have to get rid of it as fast as i can.
