make sure what you're eating is high cal. You can look up high calorie protein shake recipes where you can get half your energy intake for the day from one drink. If you have mass gainer that would help too. You'll be thankful for your metabolism in a few years.

if its that bad take a pill of MK677 10 minutes prior to a meal so your appeittie increases. also mass gainers is shit for u cuz its all slop but it will prolly help in your case
