DIET

Im putting you on a primally raw milk diet. Preferably goat milk but A2 cow milk will do. Drink as much of this as possible. 5L a day should be minimum. The rest of your diet should me raw organs, some raw muscle meat and a fuck ton of raw honey and raw egg yolks in the milk

You will gain height and weight fast as fuck

SLEEP

Perfect sleep schedule. Sleep a couple hours after the sun goes down and wakeup in 10-11 hours

TRAINING

basic minimalistic training focused on compounds rather than isolation. Your goal is to get strong on a push, pull and leg movement for example

Bench, Barbell row, Squats

Then move on to isolation

Lateral raise
Tricep extension

Lat pulldown
Curl

Hamstring curl
Leg extension

Do this 3 times a week, and after training drink protein powder, don't overthink it. You have to be consistent but don't put to much weight at the beggining (go easy on yourself if you skinny, you'll get stronger eventually)
No need for autism, you don't have to look like schwarzenigger when you're 15

I have a nice face so this is if you also have a nice face, if you're not as blessed maybe you should be more radical in training and diet idk
