How to speed up buzz cut growth?

I've been growing out my shaved head since the end of january. Friends and family have told me that my hair has grown so quickly.
(for refrence when i brush it down it nearly reaches my eyebrows)
during the first month I used a LOT of rosemary oil for like 2 weeks, but im not sure how much it helped.
I need to know: How can I grow it super fast within 6 months as I want a 90s mod cut for college.

There is nothing miraculous or new, it is literally hydration and what u send into ur body. Or do u want to apply something? Or something oral, take minox, Idk about the risks but I only know this

mine was 2 gaurd on top, 1 and a half on the upper side, then it faded down to 1, to 0,5 to skin. this was at the end of january. im not sure what length it is now, but the best example would be this image:
