Thought it’s time to actually share some value on here.
First of all, just so you know I’m not some random larper: I’ve been in OFM since way before AI models were even a thing. Started around 2022 and back then it was all real models. I still manage real girls today (Some of them are visible on the NSFW Section) but the majority of what I do now is either hybrid or fully AI for a couple simple reasons:
1.) Easier to manage
2.) Easier to scale
3.) Less profit share
4.) Less headaches
I’m gonna share as little information about myself as possible because I have zero interest in getting doxxed. Financially I’m doing very well, let’s just leave it at that. Either way it doesn’t really matter whether I’m making $5 or $500k from this because the information is free. There’s no course at the end, no mentorship, no upsell and I’m also not gonna answer 500 questions in DMs. I’m just putting this out there, do something with it or don’t.
First Step: Decide what you’re actually doing
You basically have two options. Either go full AI or go hybrid, meaning you have a real model but use AI primarily for the marketing/content side. Both work and both have their pros and cons.
Hybrid:
1.) You can use OF, which converts significantly better
2.) Upselling is easier
3.) You have an actual person behind the account
Full AI:
1.) Easier to manage
2.) Easier to scale
3.) Less profit share
4.) No model headaches
For the rest of this thread I’m just gonna assume you’ve chosen full AI.
Second Step: Create a Fanvue account
Literally create a Fanvue account. Don’t ask me how to do this. If you can’t figure out how to create an account on a website close this thread and take an IQ test.
Third Step: Create your AI model
This really isn’t complicated. If you’re extremely lazy you can probably hire some Pakistani guy on Fiverr to do it for you, but there’s genuinely no reason you can’t figure this out yourself.
Go on Pinterest and find a few girls whose features you like. Take those references and use Nano Banana Pro with a decent prompt to blend them into one new identity. What you want at the end is basically a clean, neutral headshot similar to what you’d see from a model casting. Don’t overcomplicate this.
Fourth Step: Create a character reference sheet
Google what a character reference sheet is. Take the headshot you created in the previous step, find/write a good prompt and create a proper reference sheet for your model. The entire point is consistency. You don’t want your girl looking like a different fucking person in every post. "hoW to GeT ChaRaCter Sheet" - Easy you stupid nigger take a picture of a character sheet online, send it to gpt and ask for a prompt that re-creates this character sheet with your reference picture.
Fifth Step: Set up the Fanvue
Use Seedream together with your reference sheet to start creating the content you need and then actually make the profile look legitimate. Bio, banner, profile picture, name, content. Again, look at what successful accounts are doing instead of trying to reinvent the wheel.
Sixth Step: Create Instagram
No VPN, no 48 hour account warming ritual, no residential proxy from some village in Nebraska and no other bullshit you've been jerking off to. Just create the fucking Instagram account. Look at what other successful pages in the niche are posting and recreate the concepts with your own model. Don’t literally steal their shit, understand what’s working and make your own version of it.
Seventh Step: Find a Website oder Dev for a workflow that lets you create NSFW with your LoRa
In order to upsell subscribers you'll need nude content. Not always actually from my times in the normal OFM space I've gotten to know a lot of people that only sold SFW content and it still worked but your sales skills got to be on point. I don't know where to create NSFW content online to be honest because I've had the money and connections to create a custom workflow for my models. With a little research tho you'll be good to find something
Tools you’ll need:
You can obviously use more tools later but you don’t need a fucking NASA control center to start.
One thing I really want to emphasize: stop making this harder than it is. This shit is not that complicated. The majority of you fail because you either overcomplicate every single step until you never actually start, or deep down you don’t want it badly enough to sit down and figure shit out yourself.
Another thing: Do not be afraid to spend your money. like stop hogging it, it's better invested into this than anything else and if you really want to go buy a course. I've bought courses which summed me to around 30'000k USD (many courses) and sometimes they were trash, scams and just a waste of time but sometimes they contain value and opportunities. Honestly I've gained good connections from very expensive courses which made me my losses back. Usually it's not the course content it's more so the people in there BUT now don't take this as a sign to buy a expensive course just as I did. I bought the expensive course at a point where I was someone. I had something to show for if you're a nobody, no person will randomly come and open up.
Disclaimer: This thread is intentionally vague. It’s meant to give you a roadmap, not spoonfeed you every single prompt, tool or button you need to press. If something isn’t clear, research it yourself. You have Google, YouTube and ChatGPT and there are a million guides and courses out there if you need more handholding.
