How to start my first test cycle

I am thinking about buying test because it is pointless to traint natty. What i will need?

Eq as an ai dosed 3:1 to ur test ratio eg 600 test 200 eq
23g draw needles
25-27g injection needles I use 25 ngl
luer lock syringes
Alcohol wipes
pct before u even hop on incase something happens
hcg+clomid is a perfectly fine pct
Main ancillaries just tadalfil, telmisartin, fish oil and if u run an oral nac will be fine

Why tadalafil, also ive ordered inj glutathione for my first cycle is it enough paired with just supps?

yes this is good.

just make sure your hematocrit % is at a healthy range. EQ for an ai is ok, might need to adjust dosing based on genetics (get labs). EQ increases RBC synthesis like crazy so make sure your blood isnt like syrup. consider donating blood every now and then to counter and not strain your heart too much.

could also run longer, depending on goals.

Is it worth just running test? I’ve been doing loads of research. Feel like high is insanely expensive and takes a long time to see benefits. Will test on its own give me much gains? And do you recommend to cruise trt or do a pct?
