not of any real value no , just a shit ton of energy drinks / protein bars. i had some friends who stole fotball shoes tho that goes for like 200 dollars a pair but they got caught (shocker). dont do it if you get caught stealing things with value over 100 dollars if your young i believe it will say that on your record if they take the time to report it and then that may cause trouble when your searching for some jobs

Wait till almost closed
When theres no one at counter
Throw all cigarrettes in a bag and run out

Be fast. Dont worry about being seen on camera, they dont watch them live. Conceal in pants not a backpack.

Dont be a pussy who starts pacing the aisles waiting to conceal. Thats how you get caught. Confidence is key

When i helped out in a discounter there was 1 guy who just stole some beer which was in the store but close to the entrance he just took it and ran away nothing happened he was a good build male so no one apart from the female boss dared to run after him and she only tried for like 3 seconds.
