how to start with 0.1% tretinoin?

so i just brought 0.1% tretinoin as it was the only thing available for me, and im am unsure how to start, should i just the sandwich method? how offen? when?

Just put it on every night + a moisturizer. Make sure to wear sunscreen

guaranteed your skin will not tolerate it, and if it does by miracle then do NOT use it every night
