I always go for a day maybe two than skip like an entire week working out in the gym isn't the hard part the hard part for me is going to the gym I struggle with convincing myself to go to the gym and it's not just the gym it's with everything I know exactly what are my flaws and how to solve them i know that I can reach htn+ because my base is pretty great and I know how to reach htn+ but I can't seem to do the stuff that I need to do for more than a day or two being consistent is the hard part for me any advice?
