How to stay consistent with the gym?

I always go for a day maybe two than skip like an entire week working out in the gym isn't the hard part the hard part for me is going to the gym I struggle with convincing myself to go to the gym and it's not just the gym it's with everything I know exactly what are my flaws and how to solve them i know that I can reach htn+ because my base is pretty great and I know how to reach htn+ but I can't seem to do the stuff that I need to do for more than a day or two being consistent is the hard part for me any advice?

Try switching to another sport btw people who are consistant at the gym actually like going there

It happens to me tho bhai,this is why a really small amount of people have incredible physiques,some days u are not motivated but u need to go,that builds discipline.Without it u aren’t building a good physique so bro u need to go even if u don’t want to.We all gonna make it brah

Not a shipping problem I live in Iraq I'm 15 so I don't have a bank account and pay pal is banned in my country there isn't a way for me to pay for the stuff that I want to buy other than cash and local dealers won't sell roids to a 15 year old that they don't know.

bro its 90min max and u do a movement for 30 sec and then rest 3-5 min its lit the laziest sport if u cant do such a sinple thing just rope

Make it the highlight of your day and youll never miss it, working out isn’t just about doing it but also having fun while doing it, if you can make the gym fun, itll take 0 discipline to be consistent since doing something that you truly enjoy is easier than anything else tbfh

idk i allways hated going to the gym then i started swimming and climbing and to progress you need to get strong so i was kinda forced to go to the gym or else i wouldbt progress anymore

It's too boring and there is too much people there because the other gym in my town got demolished.

Try mma or climbing, way more funnier than gym and it will keep your body in a good shape
I would try that but these types of gyms don't exist in my city.

I'm Muslim bro I'm not gonna slay anything before marriage and there isn't a Beach in my country but I get what you mean. We will see in 3 months if I improve or not.
