Introduction:
|. You, me, and everyone reading this thread has relapsed on their diet, sometimes right before an important event that we need to look good for.

||. You can go out of your way to try Reta or other pharmaceuticals, and if that works for you. Go ahead.

|||. But this post will serve the majority of the community who do not have the money/access to pharmaceuticals.
The method:
|. You need to manipulate your urges using your sexual desires. The surges of dopamine released during climax are far more substantial than the ones you’ll get from eating a bag of chips, ice cream and a pizza.

||. Refocus your main goal from staying on a clean diet to holding off for a day or two days on
masturbation. Then when the urges to eat food outside of your diet arise. Jerk off. Remember to make a mental note not eat anything bad afterwards.

Drawbacks and limitations:
|. do not watch porn when you jerk off. It rewires your brain to seek out more easy pleasure like that bag of shitty chips in your cupboard.

||. You will be especially vulnerable to relapsing on your diet after climax. Set a timer for an hour and physically chill away from food if you need to.

|||. Remember to stay especially hydrated. Without porn you will take much longer to finish. You are likely excreting a lot of water in the form of sweat.

Its important to eat shit that tastes amazing as well, and on a good diet, you should be able to do so, i see many people falling off their diet because of how unappetizing their food looks.
