How to steal money from work?

I'll be vague for obvious reasons but I work a typical cashier job and experimented with skimming the other day (Skimming is stealing money before it hits the books, so it’s essentially untraceable. For example, a cashier pockets money from a sale without ringing it up). Safe to say it went great and I made the equivalent of what I would if I had worked another 8 hour shift.

What are the most common ways people get caught and what methods have worked out for you guys?

Unfortunately no I remember in the early days of fortnite my older brother used to hog the console and intimidate me into not being able to play. It's actually one of my biggest motivations for gymcelling and roidmaxxing.

I used to watch all of those scripted ass clan tryout videos where they would switch to the rare skin in complete awe

I'm a minor so it would likely be a misdemeanor if any criminal action is taken at all. I'll see if I can subtly ask my chill coworkers since I'm not getting any info here

Yeah the only way I can think of me getting caught with my current method is if the managers (who go to collect the cash from the registers after every shift) start to take notice that there are less cash sales being made, and maybe spy on me from a distance. I'm sure I will learn more in the coming weeks but ts is so goated genuinely paid off my monthly cycle in 1 day

Happens all the time I'm pretty sure you're referring to a case where she stole directly from the register or cashed company deposits-- that's not what I'm doing

honestly idk how she did it, it was either she was taking from peoples tip envelopes or straight from the register hoping they wouldn't notice- she dropped out of highschool because she got pregnant so she was not intelligent enough find a better method

Just do it every once in a while. Like once a week or less. I imagine if you do that and are good at it you won't get caught and it would still make quite a big difference in how much money you get compared to just working normally.

I worked as a cashier aswell. cant you do something with return item, that you scan something to return take out the cash and pocket it. I never stole myself as cashier but gl. I do wonder if you scan the items and then remove them? because I think they can trace that but I am not sure.

You would need some big ass balls for that as it's a lot more traceable and likely to be cameras in any return section.
