How to stimulate mandible growth

Hi i turned 16 in may and either my mandible or my chin is recessed. is it over for me, should i start saving up for a surgery or is there still some hope?

i also heard that mandible can grow significantly till 20 but thats probably cope

Get braces and herbst appliance. And chew hard food (i have the same problem but its slowly getting better)
